Happy Monday! 庭の桜の木です。 I had a ho Happy Monday! 庭の桜の木です。 I had a horrible reaction from the 2nd Moderna vaccine. I got it last Thursday and started to get sick that night through Sunday. I had every symptoms on the list including ongoing fever. I had very mild reaction from the 1st one so I would never imagined to get this much from the 2nd dose. I would recommend if you are getting a vaccine, keep your schedule open for a few days after. Good luck! 先週木曜に2回目のモデルナワクチンを打って、その夜から日曜の午前中まで熱が下がらず、本当にキツかった。熱以外の症状は、腕の痛み、吐き気、下痢、頭痛、悪寒、筋肉痛、疲労。悪寒が２日目でなくなった以外はほとんどずっとそのままの状態が続きました。1度目のワクチンの時は腕が痛くって、ちょっと疲れたなっと思ったくらいだったのに。今までワクチンで副作用が出なかったのでほんとびっくり。全く副作用が出ない人もいるみたいだけれど（うちの夫もその一人）私みたいなケースもあるので、皆様ワクチンの日から数日はお約束など入れない方がいいかもです。 #モデルナワクチン #コロナワクチン2回目 #コロナワクチン副作用 #海外生活

I took a cooking class for the first time in my li I took a cooking class for the first time in my life last night. It was so informative and fun💓 I carefully made these savory muffins from last nights’ lesson. They are grain free and using just a little honey. Perfect for quick breakfast or lunch! I used leftover spicy Italian sausage and broccoli robe and also lunch meat turkey and Italian parsley. I shredded grass fed Pleasant Ridge Reserve cheese from @uplandscheese and sprinkled inside and on top. Lots of vegetables, grilled chicken and shrimp filled us up😉I am very proud of this dipping sauce using these four ingredients without peanut. I actually made same thing with regular flour yesterday and assembly was definitely easier. Today’s muffins - Banana tahini chocolate chip muffins using Coconut, rice and oat flour, and good amount of tahini. No sugar but sweetened with banana purée and some maple syrup. Homemade granola is much healthier and cost effective. Today I used maple syrup and coconut oil. Add some cinnamon and vanilla extract.
